Your New Role:

Are looking to transition from big law to a smaller office with better work-life balance? Join this group of esteemed attorneys as their newest Litigation Legal Assistant!

In this role, you’ll support attorneys working in complex commercial litigation and corporate law. The team will rely on your in-depth knowledge of e-filing in state and federal courts as you prepare filings for Oregon, Washington, California, and federal courts. Additional responsibilities will include document production, discovery management, and proofreading and formatting legal documents. Your attorneys will also look to you to manage their calendars, docket deadlines, and assist with billing. If you have some paralegal background, you may be tapped with more substantive legal work or grow in this direction!

Because you’ll be supporting multiple attorneys, you’ll need to be adaptable and comfortable with different workstyles and personalities. Your colleagues will appreciate your eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and ability to multitask.

You’ll work in-office in the Pearl District.
