  • 5+ years of complex litigation legal assistant experience required
  • Significant experience filing in federal and Oregon state courts required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred


Your New Role:
This established national litigation firm is seeking an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant to join their award-winning plaintiffs’ practice group. In this role, you’ll support a dynamic group of attorneys and paralegals working on high profile cases in a variety of practice areas.

The team will rely on your in-depth knowledge of e-filing in Oregon state and federal courts as you take on the lead legal assistant role for assigned cases. Your responsibilities will include full case management, finalizing and e-filing pleadings, and creating trial notebooks. Your attorneys will look to you to manage their calendars, docket deadlines, make travel arrangements, and manage incoming client communications.

The team will appreciate your eye for detail, collaborative spirit, and ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
