Your New Role:

Are you looking to put your client service skills to use as you jumpstart your legal career? Join this boutique Lake Oswego firm as their Legal Receptionist!

As the face of the office, you’ll greet clients, answer phones, and assist with estate planning signings. Duties will also include opening and processing incoming mail, scanning documents, and preparing and sending outgoing mail. If you’d like to learn the ropes of AP/AR, you can take on tasks such as paying bills and handling bank deposits.

Competitive candidates will be organized, reliable, and adept at client service.

This is an in-office role.
