What Matters Most:

  • 5+ years of HR experience in legal or professional services required

Your New Role:
This highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a true “people person” to join their staff as Legal Office Manager. In this role, you’ll oversee day-to-day office operations and employee relations with the support of their collaborative HR team.

The bulk of your responsibilities will involve supervising and advocating for the legal support staff. You’ll need to strike a balance of approachable and assertive as you address personnel concerns, facilitate coaching, and enforce the firm’s policies and procedures. Additionally, you’ll manage recruiting and onboarding efforts, lead staff meetings, and plan social events.

You’ll enjoy plenty of variety and autonomy in this multi-faceted role, while benefiting from training and mentorship from their tenured management team.

The firm is hoping for the new hire to start in January, so you’ll have the chance to enjoy the holidays and start fresh in the new year! After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.
