  • 3-5+ years of client service experience, preferably in estate planning, wealth management, or banking
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Experience with Clio preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent; Bachelor’s degree preferred


Your New Role:

Are you looking to put your client service skills to use helping people secure their futures? Join this boutique estate planning firm as their new Legal Assistant/Paralegal!

In this role, you’ll be the main point of contact for clients and will manage the firm’s calendars. Additionally, you’ll draft pleadings, correspondence, and documents related to probate and trust administration, and e-file with Oregon courts. You’ll collaborate with tenured paralegals and will even take on some billable work.

Clients will come to you with questions, and you’ll handle in-person signings, so excellent communication and people skills are essential!

This is an in-office position.
