What Matters Most:

  • 2-3+ years of immigration legal assistant/paralegal experience required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Any bilingual skills are a plus
  • High School Diploma required; Associate or Bachelor’s degree preferred


Your New Role:
This small, mission-driven immigration law firm has built their reputation in family and business law. They’re busier than ever and need to add a solution-oriented Legal Assistant/Paralegal to their team.

In this position, you’ll support attorneys with a variety of administrative tasks. Additionally, you’ll prepare and file packets with the court. Your role will require a significant amount of client contact, so bilingual skills in any language will be very helpful.

Your colleagues will appreciate your positive, team-oriented attitude and empathetic approach to client service.

This position is fully in-office.
