  • 3-5+ years of legal support experience required, preferably in litigation
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
  • Experience with document management software preferred
  • High School Diploma required, Bachelor’s degree preferred


Your New Role:

Are you an organized, tech-savvy Legal Assistant looking to join an engaging team? You may be the perfect fit for the environmental and energy practice group of this boutique law firm!

Your main responsibilities will include filing with government agencies, preparing LUBA briefs, and providing back-up support for the litigation department. Additionally, you’ll manage attorney calendars and proofread and edit a variety of legal documents. You’ll be tasked with voluminous document management, so the team will rely on your strong organizational skills and ability to work within database systems and learn software quickly.

There are ample professional development opportunities to take on more complex matters down the road for those eager to grow.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with three in-office days each week.
