Your New Role: This established boutique litigation firm is seeking a client-service-oriented Legal Assistant to join their team. In this role, you’ll support a dynamic group of attorneys and paralegals known to be good-natured and hardworking.
Your daily responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and conference calls, processing mail, assisting with new matter set up, and maintaining files in the firm’s document management system. Additionally, you’ll assist with hearing, deposition, and trial prep by creating binders and organizing exhibits. Paralegals will look to you to create pleadings from templates, coordinate with court reporters, and follow up on records requests.
The team will appreciate your collaborative spirit and ability to multitask and work well in a fast-paced environment.
After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule with four days in-office each week.
