Your New Role: This is an exciting opportunity to join a Pacific Northwest firm that represents some of the most highly regarded companies in a wide range of litigation defense matters including insurance coverage actions, products liability lawsuits, toxic tort claims, professional liability, and commercial litigation cases. They’re seeking a new Insurance Defense Litigator at the Senior Associate or Junior Partner level.
In this role, you’ll manage all aspects of complex litigation, including making court appearances. Drafting pleadings, managing discovery, and handling hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and trials will be part of your day-to-day. Your strong collaboration skills will be an asset as you support attorneys and other staff in this fast-paced practice.
The team is looking for someone who is self-sufficient and can hit the ground running with little to no supervision. Strong advocacy and research skills, along with excellent writing competency, will be key to your success.
You’ll have a flexible hybrid schedule.
