Your New Role:

In this coveted In-House Counsel position, you’ll utilize your specialized experience with Missouri’s workers’ compensation law as you manage a portfolio of cases from start to finish.

In collaboration with a small legal team, you’ll conduct legal research, develop case strategy, and prepare and file a variety of legal documents with state courts. Additional responsibilities will include negotiating settlements, attending hearings and depositions, and going to trial as required.

Competitive candidates will be capable of managing a busy caseload, familiar with medical terminology, and well-versed in Missouri’s civil and appellate court procedures.

This is a remote position with occasional in-person court appearances.
