We’re looking for an Excel super user – someone who’s highly-analytical, has a knack for numbers, and knows which projects to prioritize and when. You’ll translate complex data and analytics into concise and visually-appealing monthly and quarterly reports to hand off to senior leadership. These reports will not only help the C-Suite make business decisions, but they’ll also streamline and improve reporting for all people-related programs. With your insight, these reports will evolve over time to help bring new understanding to performance management, quality of hires, and turnover.
