Utilizing your outstanding leadership skills, you’ll be responsible for supporting new managers, enhancing performance management programs, and coordinating leadership training and development opportunities. An analytical mind and comfort with numbers will make you a crucial asset to the team, as you’ll be responsible for developing and managing Human Resources budgets, as well as providing data-informed solutions to problems as they arise.
The team is looking for someone who is comfortable in a hands-on leadership role and has a strategic mindset. Those with strong organizational and communication skills will stand out among other applicants.
