Your New Role: Our highly regarded client is looking for their first HR Director. As HR Director, and reporting directly to senior leadership, you’ll play a key role in establishing the Human Resources department in the organization.
They’re looking for a hands-on leader who will spearhead performance reviews, recruitment and onboarding procedures, and support an inclusive environment. You’ll also address employee development and retention, develop company policy, and liaise between the employees, leadership team, and union representatives.
This is a hands-on role where you’ll influence both big-picture and day-to-day operations, strategize improvements, and support the company’s dedication to DEI work. If you bring resourcefulness, communication expertise, and a habit for relationship-building, along with an interest in taking full ownership of your work processes, we want to hear from you!
This role is 100% in office.
