What Matters Most:

  • 10+ years of HR experience with 5+ years of experience in an HR leadership role
  • Experience with compensation, onboarding, recruiting, employee relations, talent management, performance management, organizational development, and employee engagement required
  • Bachelor’s degree preferred

Your New Role:

It’s a great time to join this retail group as they’re going through high growth across the country. As their new HR Director, you’ll help guide the company through this period as a valued member of the leadership team. You’ll partner with the CEO and other department heads to create employee development programs and further enhance the people strategy around attracting and retaining top talent. This also includes goal-setting around process improvement for all HR functions. You’ll do this alongside a great, three-person team that includes an HR Manager, Recruiter, and Payroll Benefits Specialist. SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications are a nice complement to the experience and skills you bring to the table. Ideal candidate is a creative strategist, big picture thinker, and process builder.
