Must Haves:

  • 3-5+ years of family law legal assistant experience required
  • Experience e-filing in Oregon and Washington courts required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required; experience with family law software preferred
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; some college preferred


Your New Role:

Join this tight-knit office as their new Family Law Legal Assistant, supporting two attorneys with busy caseloads.

Your primary responsibilities will be calendar and deadline management, maintaining and organizing case and client files, and e-filing with Clark County, Cowlitz County, and Oregon courts. Your team will appreciate your attention to detail, strong communication and time management skills, and ability to work well under pressure.

This collaborative firm is interested in finding someone who’s driven to grow and take on more complex tasks over time.

It is an in-office position.
