Your New Role:
This boutique Portland firm has a reputation for excellent client service and is committed to thoughtful advice and quality execution of estate planning, probate, and trust administration matters. Their team is expanding, and the owner is in need of an Executive Assistant to support her during this exciting period of growth.
Your priority in this role will be helping the owner manage her busy workdays with greater efficiency. Responsibilities will include calendar management, email correspondence, and pulling reports, so you’ll need to be highly organized and detail-oriented. Additionally, you’ll arrange a variety of virtual and in-person meetings and speaking engagements. You’ll also help coordinate marketing events in partnership with other financial advisors and community networks.
A strong work ethic, creative problem-solving capabilities, and an entrepreneurial mindset will be essential for your success in this role.
This is an in-office position.
