This role supports the CEO and Executive Team in a range of tasks. Day-to-day, you’ll handle calendaring and time management, event planning, travel arrangements, and meeting logistics. As a data-driven problem-solver, you know how to assess and prioritize daily tasks. You’re someone who looks ahead and will suggest schedule modifications without being asked. You’re driven to figure things out and know that instinct is best matched with available knowledge to back it up. Attention to detail and excellent organizational skills will help you succeed here.
This role is 100% on-site.
