What Matters Most:

  • 2+ years of office/administrative assistant experience
  • Background or experience with diversity, equity, and inclusion and passion for creating equity in underserved communities required
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office required; Google Docs, Adobe Acrobat, and Adobe Creative Suite preferred, but not required
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred

Your New Role:

This busy CEO needs someone to help them keep organized! As their Executive Assistant reporting to the VP of this nonprofit, your daily workflow will involve responding to emails and phone calls, coordinating travel and events, making arrangements for staff dinners and transportation, and more! You’ll help to staff the Board of Directors, prep meeting agendas, and write thank you notes as needed. You’ll occasionally work nights and weekends for big events. They’re seeking someone who’s detail oriented and able to navigate a very busy environment. No micromanaging here! Everyone is working remotely for now.
