Your New Role: Bring your leadership skills and vision to this Director of Property Management role!
As Director of Property Management, you’ll develop and lead a high-performing team, plan and organize budgets and schedules, and oversee day-to-day property operations. A familiarity with real estate regulations will be required, as you’ll be responsible for organizing, filing, and handling evictions and legal proceedings as necessary. Someone tech-savvy is a plus, as you’ll work within the organization’s Notion workspace.
The team is looking for someone with strong leadership, organizational, and time management skills. Those with a proven track record of management history and employee sourcing will stand out among other applicants.
This is an onsite role and will require some local travel, so reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license are a must.
