Your New Role:
We’re conducting an exclusive search for a dynamic leader ready to oversee an established brand and execute fundraising strategies as Bridge Meadows’ next Director of Development & Communications.

The Director of Development & Communications will be a key member of the executive leadership team, contributing to strategic planning and fostering a collaborative and results-driven work environment. This role requires someone whose passion for creating meaningful impact will infuse their work with enthusiasm and commitment.

This three-pronged role includes fundraising, brand management, and strategic leadership. You’ll be responsible for executing long-term fundraising strategies to drive sustainable growth, manage a diverse portfolio of donors, and collaborate with the Board of Directors to cultivate donor opportunities. Bridge Meadows is a pioneering nonprofit committed to transforming lives through intergenerational communities where foster youth, adoptive families, and elders thrive together. Rooted in connection and purpose, this organization creates affordable, trauma-informed housing that fosters healing, enriches well-being, and builds permanency for children impacted by the foster care experience. The team here values a collaborative workplace, where everyone is empowered to do their best work and make a meaningful impact.

Benefits are competitive and include paid holidays, PTO, health and dental coverage, and a retirement plan.
