In this role, exceptional interpersonal skills are a must as you’ll handle phone and in-person customer interactions, field customer requests, and answer billing and general policy inquiries. A methodical mind will thrive here, as you organize digital and physical files for new business policy declarations, administer an on-going personal insurance book of business, and manage team office meetings.
