Your New Role: Are you a self-motivated, organized, tech-savvy person? This Customer Service Representative role might be for you! You can expect to be taking orders for customers via ERP systems, answering and directing calls, and processing payments and invoices.
The team is looking for someone with some familiarity with the MS Office Suite and with some data entry skills. Someone who knows how to navigate complex customer service interactions and thrives in team environments will flourish in this role. These products are fragrant, and you must be comfortable working around a variety of smells.
