A typical day in this role may include communicating with customers, updating ERP systems, and supporting the sales team and salespeople. Due to the nature of the position, you may also find yourself out on the warehouse floor doing quality checks and answering customer inquiries. These products are fragrant, so you must be comfortable working around a variety of scents.
As Customer Service Manager, you’ll oversee two to three direct employees, so previous leadership experience is a plus.
This team is looking for someone who can manage difficult situations with grace, identify and solve problems quickly, and has both mathematical and computer skills. Does this sound like you?
