- Oregon State Bar membership
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- 5+ years of experience in corporate law
- 3+ years of experience in construction contracts, labor law, environmental regulations, and risk management in the construction and manufacturing sectors preferred
Your New Role:
Bring your dynamic strategic thinking skills to this local construction company as Corporate Counsel.
In your day-to-day, you’ll advise on compliance with industry-specific regulations, identify legal risks and propose strategies to minimize exposure to liabilities, and ensure contracts comply with relevant regulations and protect the company’s legal interests in complex, high-value projects.
Strong organization skills and efficacious communication will be key, as you’ll oversee and manage contract disputes and represent the company in legal proceedings with contractors, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
This team is looking for someone who can handle high-pressure situations, negotiations, and lead cross-functional teams.
This is an on-site role.
