Your New Role: Here’s an exciting opportunity with a Pacific Northwest legal powerhouse! This firm is seeking an organized, tech-savvy, and detail-oriented Controller to take over the reins of their accounting team. Could this be you?

In this role, you’ll work cooperatively with the firm’s attorneys, staff and clients to ensure accurate and smooth operations of accounting systems. Day-to-day, you’ll handle monthly financial reports, oversee billing and trust accounts, and lead the management of the accounting team. As the point person with their financial consultant, you’ll manage financial inquiries and reporting. Additionally, you’ll ensure compliance standards, oversee payroll processing, and implement risk mitigation strategies. You’ll also be expected to assist the Firm Administrator and EC with salary bonus administration.

Streamlining processes and reducing risks are also a key part of this role, as is collaboration with senior management to align financial strategies with the firm’s goals.
