Your New Role:

Looking to put your corporate contracts expertise to use on a dynamic team? This established heavy equipment dealer is seeking a Contracts Review Specialist to join their legal team.

Your focus in this role will be reviewing and redlining variety customer contracts, including non-disclosure agreements, sales and rental agreements, service agreements, distribution agreements, and government bids and proposals. You’ll work closely with the in-house counsel and a paralegal who will rely on you to review customer contract terms and recommend changes when necessary.

Acting as a liaison, you’ll also be involved in the negotiations process, working directly with customers, internal sales teams, insurance brokers, and lawyers. Additionally, you’ll provide guidance to the company’s project managers on best contracting practices and minimizing risk.

This is an in-office role that will start on a temp-to-hire basis, although they will consider both short- and long-term candidates.
