Your New Role:
Step into a pivotal role as Compliance Officer at a community-focused healthcare organization, where your influence will help ensure a safe environment for all.

You’ll lead the charge on critical compliance initiatives, from training and contingency planning to risk assessment and policy review. Reporting directly to the CEO, Compliance Committee, and Board of Directors, you’ll serve as the organization’s trusted compliance advisor, providing clear updates and action steps to promote transparency and drive continuous improvement.

In this role, you’ll not only oversee compliance programs but also play a crucial part in educating staff on complex regulations and ensuring all policies are aligned with regulatory requirements. This is a hybrid position.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Compliance Program Leadership: Oversee and support the organization’s compliance-related programs, including compliance training, testing, and reporting
  • Audit Oversight: Lead internal and external audits, monitor corrective action plans, and ensure accountability across departments
  • Risk Management: Conduct annual risk management assessments and develop a compliance work plan that aligns with organizational goals
  • Policy & Procedure Governance: Manage the repository of policies and procedure, ensuring thorough annual reviews
  • Strategic Communication: Provide regular compliance updates to the CEO, Compliance Committee, and Board of Directors, fostering transparency and organizational alignment
