• 1+ years experience as a Client Services Associate at an RIA
• Proficiency in DocuSign, CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite 
• Degree in Finance or Economics a plus

Are you seeking to join an exceptional financial services team? Do you have an eye for the smallest of details? This Client Services Associate might be for you!

In this role, you’ll coordinate client requests, collaborate with Wealth Advisors, and provide status updates to clients and team members. Day-to-day, you’ll manage client onboarding, set up internal systems, assist with money transfers and other service requests, oversee account maintenance, and reconcile data.

Additionally, you’ll create spreadsheets, maintain contact with clients, coordinate meetings, prepare reports, and provide support to team members. This position requires efficient communication, organization, and attention to detail in handling various client-related tasks and supporting the operations team as needed.

This is a hybrid position.
