Your New Role: Do you have advanced knowledge of electrical and plumbing systems, carpentry, and locksmithing? This Building Engineer role might be for you!
As Building Engineer, you’ll inspect numerous properties, oversee work from outside contractors, and perform assigned repairs and maintenance. A typical day-to-day can include reviewing and prioritizing work orders, completing maintenance records, and inspecting building systems like HVAC and fire alarms.
Due to the nature of this position, the team is looking for someone who can work under limited supervision and who can identify and respond quickly to emergency situations.
This position is 100% on-site, and on-call availability for after-hours emergencies is required.
