What Matters Most:
- 2+ years of experience working with computerized account systems required

Your New Role: Utilize your desire to serve underrepresented communities and your extensive accounting experience to support a long-standing local law firm!
As Billing Coordinator, you’ll be responsible for preparing draft bills from data submitted using billing software, editing submitted bills, and producing final invoices. Those with experience with filing and data entry may thrive in this role, as running management reports, facilitating timekeeper budgets and compiling special billing tasks will be a part of your day-to-day work.
The team is looking for a highly organized effective communicator who has strong customer service skills and proficiency in Microsoft Services. Those who understand and have proven experience with complex computerized accounting systems will stand out among other applicants.
After a short training period you’ll be working a hybrid schedule.
