Boly:Welch

Job Number: 15814

Salary: $100K-$125K DOE

Industry: Legal

What Matters Most:

  • 3+ years of legal recruiting experience required
  • Proficiency with online recruiting tools required
  • JD or Bachelor’s degree required

Your New Role:
This highly regarded regional law firm is seeking a true “people person” to join their staff as Attorney Recruiter & Development Manager. In this newly retooled role, you’ll spend half your time actively recruiting attorney candidates and half your time managing the training and professional development of new hires.

You’ll work closely with the Board and Shareholders to source, attract, and retain talented attorneys for multiple practice groups. The firm is revamping its attorney onboarding, and you’ll be essential in creating new processes and a support program to transition new hires into the fold, ensuring their successful launch. This will include scheduling lunches with tenured attorneys, facilitating training for specific litigation steps, coordinating CLEs, and making sure new recruits are feeling invested in from the get-go. You’ll collaborate with internal marketing as you manage job postings and announcements on LinkedIn, and partner with trusted recruiters. Your administrative talents will shine as you follow through with basic compliance and reporting issues.

You’ll enjoy plenty of variety and autonomy in this multi-faceted role. Strong leadership capabilities, creative problem-solving skills, and recruiting experience will be the keys to your success.

After an in-office training period, you’ll have a hybrid schedule.

Your New Organization:
This nationally recognized firm represents companies in a range of insurance defense matters. They give back to the community through pro bono projects and offer employees the perks and resources of a regional firm, but with an intimate culture reminiscent of a mid-sized firm. They’re dedicated to the professional development of their staff – they want you to learn all you can so you can bring that knowledge back to the rest of the team!

The benefits are phenomenal here. They include medical, dental, and vision coverage, disability and life insurance, an HSA or FSA, an employee assistance program, a 401(k) plus match and profit sharing, paid time off, paid parking, and a cell phone stipend.
