Your New Role: One of Portland’s most renowned law firms has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Business Attorney looking to develop their skills on a sophisticated and supportive team.
This practice group focuses primarily on mergers and acquisitions and outside counsel business transaction services for large businesses and high-net-worth clients buying and selling real estate and businesses. You’ll work alongside talented attorneys and have the support of high-level paralegals. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include drafting legal documents, conducting research, and interacting with clients.
The target for bonus eligibility is 1500 billable hours with generous bonuses in store for meeting or exceeding that goal.
After an in-office training period, you’ll have the option for a hybrid schedule. Because of the collaborative nature of this team, they prefer to work in-office most days.
