Your New Role:

This growing litigation/insurance defense firm is taking on new clients and needs a dynamic Associate Attorney to join their top-notch group of attorneys and paralegals.

You can expect plenty of variety in this role, as you work in many practice areas including premise and product liability, ride share issues, mis-filled prescriptions, and dram-shop cases. You’ll handle litigation matters from intake to conclusion. Strong research and critical thinking skills will empower you to bring smart and creative strategies to each case. Exceptional writing and communication skills will be an asset as you make court appearances, take and defend depositions, and draft motions.

This is a hybrid position.

Your New Organization:

These mid-career attorneys represent companies like big-box stores, restaurants, and local businesses and facilities. Their work is engaging, fast-paced, and challenging, and the team balances a relaxed feel with exceptional work product. Many are tenured, and it’s not hard to see why – this firm really takes care of their employees and promotes a casual, fun environment where hard work comes with its own rewards.

Benefits include medical, dental, and vision coverage; FSA; 401(k); profit sharing; paid time off; commuter benefit plan; and bonus potential.
