Your New Role:
Bring your organized mind and accounting experience to this Assistant Office Manager role!

As Assistant Office Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing day-to-day office operations, organizing and maintaining filing systems, and assisting with coordinating facility repairs. Someone with an analytical approach and strong accounting acumen will thrive in this role, as you’ll be recording financial transactions, generating invoices, and maintaining sales tax exemptions and Certificates of Insurance.

We’re looking for a versatile people-person who enjoys new challenges and thrives in fast-paced environments. Experience with international shipping or logistics is a plus!

This is an on-site position.
