Are you a transactional Accounting dynamo looking to take the next steps in your career? This Pacific Northwest based organization is looking for an AP + AR Specialist to join their team!
As the AP + AR Specialist, you’ll report to the Controller and be responsible for the efficient and timely processing of all accounts payable and receivable activity. Day-to-day, you’ll prepare, file and upload reports, and support the rest of the accounting team when needed. Being able to anticipate needs will be key as you maintain open communications with vendors and customers.
Your business acumen and ability to follow deadlines will be a major plus as you demonstrate your prioritization capabilities.
This position is fully on-site.
