Your New Role: Join this exciting local manufacturing start-up as an Administrative Assistant, where you’ll bring order and efficiency to a dynamic executive’s schedule! Acting as the crucial link between the executive and stakeholders, you’ll ensure seamless communication, timely responses, and excellent follow-through on all fronts.
In this role, you’ll craft high-quality reports, presentations, and communications that drive company success. You’ll manage internal and external meetings end-to-end, from preparation to post-meeting actions, including detailed note-taking and deliverable tracking.
Additionally, you’ll harness your talent for creating seamless travel planning by coordinating flights, accommodations, and bulletproof itineraries, and orchestrating impactful events from board meetings to team offsites. Trusted with sensitive information, your professionalism and discretion will keep daily operations smooth and secure.
This position is 100% in-office.
