  • 2+ years of experience in Accounts Receivable
  • 2-4 years of experience with tribal communities or organizations preferred
  • Proficiency in Sage Intacct Fund
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office


Your New Role:
This Accounts Receivable Specialist role is a crucial part of the fabric of a fantastic nonprofit in downtown Portland. In this role, you’ll report to the Grant Fund Accounting Lead and work with the finance department to provide administrative and bookkeeping support. Additionally, you will enter, post, and correct invoices, as well as manage credit card transactions and more

Your ability to learn quickly and solve problems will be an asset as you navigate their accounting system. Being detail-oriented, collaborative, and having a great attitude will take you far in this role. Does this sound like you?
