Are you looking for your next part-time role? Join this local nonprofit organization and show off your analytical skills as their newest Accounts Payable Specialist!
You’ll create monthly reports for cash-ins/cash-outs, manage foreign currency deposits, and submit positive pay reports weekly (or as needed). Strong organizational skills will make you an invaluable asset to the team, as you’ll also enter and review invoices, process wire transactions, and record payments in Invoice Trackers.
Since you’ll be maintaining current payment information on all vendors, effective collaboration skills and relationship building skills are a must. Beyond the numbers, you’ll check mail daily, scan and store all checks, and send all scanned donation checks to the necessary recipients.
This is a part time role (20 hours per week) with a flexible hybrid work schedule.
