Working closely with the full Office Administration team, you’ll utilize your stellar organizational skills to complete bank reconciliations and budget analysis, manage payroll processes, and complete commission and tax reporting. Your effective communication skills will make you a crucial asset to your team, as you form long-lasting external partnerships with external vendors including audit and tax teams.
A tech aficionado will thrive in this role, as you’ll use the firm’s case management platform and BambooHR on a regular basis. You can expect to encounter other accounting systems as you help assist in updating manual processes in the current software. `

This is a fully onsite role in downtown Portland to start, with some flexibility with working from home after a short training period.
