Your New Role: Are you process-driven, efficient, and detail-oriented? This fast-paced commercial Real Estate firm is looking for an exceptional Administrative Assistant to keep things running smoothly for both the Accounting and Operations teams.
On a typical day, you’ll utilize QuickBooks to oversee the financial functions of the firm including billing, processing payments, and A/P and A/R tasks. You’ll also be responsible for answering phones, coordinating with brokers and office staff, and maintaining office supplies.
Your ability to juggle tasks and work flexibly in response to changing priorities, along with your eagerness to take on new projects at a moment’s notice will give you a competitive edge! Does this sound like you?
