What Matters Most:

  • 2+ years of experience, preferably in sales and/or order entry
  • Proficiency in MS Office required

Your New Role:

As an Account Support Specialist for this textile company, you’ll be responsible for providing prompt responses to sales leads via emails, texts, and chats. You’ll help with product selection and applications and enter orders into their system. There are three other people on the team who you’ll work alongside to field inbound calls and provide backup on outbound calls. This team is seeking someone who is curious about sales and open to changing processes for greater efficiency. There’s potential for growth out of this role into either the sales team or the product manufacturing department.
