The first step in our process is to submit your resume and cover letter to the email address below that matches your skills, background and experience. After receiving your information, our team will review your profile against current or potential openings. If we feel we can be helpful to your search process, we will invite you to meet with a Boly:Welch Recruiter to continue the registration process with a personal interview.
We are proud of our reputation for building strong relationships and matching candidates with an employer’s needs. As a result, our clients expect exceptionally well-qualified candidates for each position. We work hard to place each candidate that we work with, but recognize that there are times when we may be unable to find an opportunity that meets with your expectations during the course of your job search. That said, we are committed to letting you know honestly if we cannot meet your needs.
First, we want to take the time to get to know you, so please allow plenty of time for your first meeting with us.
Your Recruiter will offer you the opportunity to complete the necessary paperwork from home, including Application, Wish List, Skills sheet and any testing appropriate to the roles under consideration.
We will determine which tests, if any, are appropriate to assess your skills and to maximize your opportunity for successful employment. Typical tests are the MS Office Suites including Word, Excel and PowerPoint. Other tests include typing, spelling and grammar. For accounting-related positions, we administer bookkeeping, general accounting, accounts payable and accounts receivable tests. If you choose to test in our offices rather than remotely, plan about two hours, so to complete registration paperwork, take tests applicable to your job interests, and of course, meet with one of our staff. Please plan to dress as you would for any professional job interview.
During our meeting with you, we’ll have an opportunity to get a sense of your personal goals and interests as well as truly understand the professional skills and abilities that you bring to an employer. Remember, our job is to make a good match between you and your next employer.
You can arrange to test from any computer (PC) that meets our system and high speed access requirements. Your Boly:Welch Recruiter will send you full instructions and a code to use in the process; after testing we will review your scores with you when you come in to meet with us. Need help? Just ask us!
If you are not working and are interested in temporary assignments while you search for your dream job, we will connect you with both a Temporary and Direct-Hire Recruiter. You’ll benefit from two experienced professionals supporting your job search efforts. If you are interested in working longer term in a contract capacity, that’s alright, too – the flexibility of short-term, temporary assignments might just be right for you. And you can expect the same precision matching attention as candidates seeking Direct-Hire jobs.
As a Boly:Welch Temporary employee, you join our payroll. We match you with short and long-term temporary assignments, depending on your interests, availability and skill level. We encourage you to consider each temporary assignment as an opportunity to network and build your experience in the business world.
