BOSstaffing BOStalent We work hard to earn the respect and loyalty of our clients and candidates whose feedback provides ideas for improvement as well as the opportunity to feel good about our existing business practices.

During a recent Inavero survey using the Net Promoter process (NPS) which measures customer loyalty, we were recognized for the value we provide to the recruitment process. We also learned where we could do a better job of managing both systems and relationships – information that will translate into areas of improvement for our team. We were pleased to learn that our ratings earned us the Best of Staffing Client and Talent Awards for providing superior service to our clients and job seekers alike. Winners who earned the Best of Staffing award for service excellence make up less than two percent of all staffing and employment agencies in the U.S. and Canada.
