What Matters Most:
- 2-3+ years of experience with real property documents and commercial transactions, along with a strong customer service background
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Adobe Acrobat required
- Bachelor’s degree and JD preferred
Your New Role: Bring your real property knowledge and high-touch client service experience to this financial services team as their new Assistant Title Officer. You’ll join their team under the tutelage of a highly respected, knowledgeable, and beloved Senior Title Officer, as successor in training.
Your knowledge of real estate documents and deals/closings will be tapped as you learn about a broad spectrum of commercial properties. Day-to-day you’ll work with commercial brokers, lenders, commercial real estate agents and principals, navigating various ordinances, statutes and laws that may come into play on their projects. Researching and getting into the minute details will challenge your analytical skills, move deals forward, and keep your broad swath of clientele in the know.
This position is 100% in-office.
