How to Apply

The first step in our process is to submit your resume to the department below that best matches your skills, background and experience. There is no need to submit your resume to more than one email address, as our recruiters will review your resume and experience against any current or potential openings that might be a match to your background. If we feel we can be helpful to your search process, we will invite you to meet with a Boly:Welch Recruiter to continue the registration process with a personal interview. We review all incoming resumes individually, so it may take a couple days to hear back.

We are proud of our reputation for building strong relationships and matching candidates with an employer’s needs. As a result, our clients expect exceptionally well-qualified candidates for each position. We work hard to place each candidate that we work with, but recognize that there are many capable professionals who we are unable to place. That said, we are committed to letting you know honestly if we cannot meet your needs, and we encourage you to follow up on our website chat or via email at if you have any questions.

What to Expect When You Meet with Us

We want to take the time to get to know you, so please allow plenty of time for your first meeting with us. During our meeting, you’ll have the opportunity to give us a sense of your personal goals and interests as well as expressing the professional skills and abilities that you bring to an employer. Remember, our job is to make a good match between you and your next employer.

We do have some paperwork that we ask candidates to complete in advance, and your Recruiter will offer you the opportunity to complete this from home, as well as any assessments appropriate to the roles under consideration.

Contract Temporary Work

If you are not working and are interested in contract temporary assignments while you search for your dream job, we will connect you with both a Contract Temporary and Direct-Hire Recruiter. You’ll benefit from two experienced professionals supporting your job search efforts. If you are interested in working longer term in a contract capacity, that’s alright, too – the flexibility of contract temporary assignments might just be right for you, and you can expect the same precision matching attention as candidates seeking Direct-Hire jobs.

As a Boly:Welch Contract Temporary employee, you join our payroll. We match you with short and long-term contract temporary assignments, depending on your interests, availability, and skill level. We encourage you to consider each contract temporary assignment as an opportunity to network and build your experience in the business world.
